Job summary

You will process off-cycle and bi-weekly payrolls for 600+ employees in a multi-state environment, coordinate with third parties on taxes and filings, and support benefits contributions and policy questions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Paylocity and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process off-cycle payrolls in a multi-state environment for 600+ employees.
• Support bi-weekly payroll activities by validating timesheets and approvals.
• Coordinate with 3rd parties for taxes, filings, and reporting.
• Prepare pretax benefit contributions and funding.
• Assist employees with payroll policies and resources.
