Qualifications

5+ years of dedicated, end-to-end payroll processing experience.
Deep expertise in multi-state payroll and payroll tax registrations.
Advanced administrative proficiency with modern payroll software, preferably Rippling.
Experience as the sole payroll owner for an organization and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Payroll Processing: own and manage payroll runs for Prompt and subsidiaries.
Payroll Registrations & Compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
System Administration: maintain Rippling configuration and data integrity.
Data Integrity & Auditing: input and audit payroll data across systems.
Payroll Inquiry Management: resolve employee payroll inquiries.
Reporting & Auditing: generate payroll reports for accounting and leadership.
Record Keeping: securely manage confidential payroll documents.
