Qualifications

• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wage changes, deductions, garnishments, and tax rules.
• Experience with year-end processes including W-2s and 1095-Cs.
• Ability to handle confidential payroll information with discretion.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll across five states with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain payroll data including wage changes and deductions.
• Create and transmit payroll files for direct deposit and benefits.
• Print and distribute live payroll checks and handle year-end tasks.
• Maintain accruals and generate payroll reports as needed.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries and guide managers on self-service.
