The schedule includes clinic hours Monday through Sunday with rotating weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include handling patient inquiries, billing entry at point of service, and accurate medical record maintenance.

Qualifications

• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Patient Services: Provide efficient, high-quality service to patients for appointments, tests and procedures, and billing questions.
• Billing Services: Ensure entry of billing information at time of service and follow-up on missing data.
• Medical Record Services: Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the practice system.
