Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform health screening for appointments.
• Verify demographics and insurance in the Practice Management System and update as needed.
• Complete check-in process and collect expected payments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and referrals; coordinate with billing when needed.
• Enter referral information in Epic and ensure sign-offs on forms as required.
• Provide information to patients and coordinate transportation or interpreter services when needed.
