Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating schedule including multiple shifts across weeks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient registration, verify demographics/insurance, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate delays.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments per provider protocols and patient needs.
• Collect copays and balances, process payments, reconcile cash transactions, and follow financial policies.
• Route patient concerns and clinical communications to the care team.
• Manage work queues and EMR-based tasks and patient communications.
