Qualifications

• Ability to work 20 hours per week on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients in person or via phone/video, delivering excellent customer service.
• Enters and updates patient demographic and financial information to ensure full registration early in the process.
• Obtains and manages necessary applications and forms, ensuring signatures on file.
• Provides patients with financial information and collects liabilities, balancing cash daily.
