Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• NCI training within 60 days of hire.
• Mental health experience preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• Insurance/billing experience preferred.
• Oconomowoc location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and their caregivers to the facility.
• Educate admitted patients about admissions process and program options.
• Collect and verify medical, insurance and demographic information accurately.
• Explain Rogers programs and services to patients, families and referents.
• Explain admissions forms and obtain signatures for admissions.
• Register patients in the Cerner system.
