You will register patients in Cerner, obtain necessary signatures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a smooth admission experience. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and HIPAA compliance, with on-site responsibilities at the Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

• Greet patients and families and explain admissions processes.
• Educate patients/families on admissions forms and required signatures.
• Input accurate medical, insurance and demographic information.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team and Admission staff.

Responsabilités

• Meet with admitting patients to explain the admissions process.
• Register patients in Cerner and ensure proper document labeling.
• Explain insurance coverage during admission and answer questions.
• Support transfer coordination with Rogers and Patient Access.
