Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and manage occupancy to maintain park revenue and occupancy goals.
• Engage with residents, plan park events, and handle notices in a timely and compliant manner.
• Maintain financial discipline including revenue collection and accurate billing in the property management system.
• Coordinate with vendors and team members to maintain a safe, compliant park.
