Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sustain and increase occupancy rates through marketing and showing homes.
• Manage applicant communications and lease documentation.
• Occasional after-hours availability for emergencies.
• Plan resident events and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure revenue collection and utility billing accuracy.
