Monte Christo Communities in California's King City is seeking a property manager to oversee on-site operations of a mobile home and RV community. You will drive occupancy and revenue targets, supervise leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires at least 2 years in property management, a high school diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Sustain and increase occupancy rates through marketing and showing homes.
