Job summary

Monte Christo Communities seeks a part-time Property Manager to oversee on-site operations of a mobile home and RV community in Oroville, CA. You will maintain occupancy, ensure timely rent collections, enforce community rules, and build relationships with residents and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year property management or related experience, 2+ years customer service, and is bilingual in Spanish preferred. A driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of property management or related experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of answering busy phone lines.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations of a mobile home and RV Community.
• Sustain and increase occupancy rates.
• Ensure timely revenue collections and high collection rates.
• Enforce rules & regulations of community.
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Assist in the marketing, showing and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
• Meet with prospective residents and complete the rental process.
• Collect rent and service all resident notices, including legal/eviction notices.
• Follow all safety & emergency procedures.
• Communicate with management daily and recommend solutions.
• Complete tasks per Fair Housing regulations.
• Complete basic maintenance tasks (trash, debris, cleaning common areas).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and state/federal/local laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
