Monte Christo Communities in Portland, OR seeks a Property Manager to oversee on-site operations of a mobile home and RV community. You will drive occupancy, manage leases, and ensure compliance with laws and policies while modeling the organization's values.

You will lead leasing, marketing, resident relations, and financial reporting, aiming for high occupancy and revenue targets. A 40-hour workweek is typical for a 3-month temporary position with benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of property management or related experience.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets while complying with laws and policies.
• Ability to prepare lease documents and communicate with residents professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and increase occupancy rates through marketing and showing homes and spaces in the park.
• Maintain communication with prospective residents and manage applications professionally.
• Prepare and review lease documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all duties comply with Fair Housing regulations.
• Engage residents, plan park events, and document notices in a timely fashion.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and team members.
• Oversee revenue collection and utility billing with accurate record-keeping.
• Submit expense reports and exercise financial responsibility for on-site purchases.
• Perform regular park walks to ensure compliance with standards and safety procedures.
• Be available for emergency calls outside office hours and coordinate solutions.
