Monte Christo Communities in Fortuna, California seeks a Property Manager to oversee on-site operations for a mobile home and RV community. You will drive occupancy, manage lease processes, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while coordinating with vendors and the regional team.

You will lead resident engagement, billing accuracy, and safety procedures, while reporting performance and maintaining strong customer service in a fast-paced park environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of property management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and manage occupancy to sustain park occupancy targets and revenue.
• Engage residents, plan park events, and document notices in a timely, legally compliant manner.
• Process payments and prepare resident billing with accurate records in the management system.
• Ensure safety, maintain a clean working environment, and follow OSHA PPE rules.
• Communicate daily with management and be available for emergencies outside office hours.
