Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of property management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and manage occupancy to sustain and increase park occupation.
• Maintain communication with prospective residents through the application process and respond professionally.
• Prepare and review lease documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
