Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking a property manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy in our mobile home and RV community in Oregon. You will manage resident relations, execute lease documentation, and ensure compliant operations while meeting occupancy and revenue targets.

The role requires at least 2 years in property management, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and smartphone apps.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years property management or related experience.
• 20-hour workweek requirement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with smartphone apps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and increase occupancy through marketing and showing homes/spaces in the park.
• Communicate with prospective residents through the application process.
• Prepare and review lease documents for accuracy.
• Ensure revenue collection targets and timely payments in the property management system.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
