Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking a property manager to oversee the leasing, occupancy, and day-to-day operations of a mobile home and RV community. You will maintain communication with prospective residents, prepare lease documents, and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations while driving occupancy and revenue performance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage vendors and staff, and a commitment to safety, OSHA standards, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of property management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and sustain occupancy with professional communication during the application process.
• Engage residents, plan park events, and maintain positive vendor and team relationships.
• Manage revenue collection processes and read utilities to bill residents accurately.
• Submit expense reports and exercise financial responsibility for on-site materials.
• Conduct regular park safety/compliance walks and follow PPE and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate daily with management and be available for emergencies outside office hours.
