The Salvation Army in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time Food Pantry Coordinator to manage pantry operations, assist with the noon lunch program, and oversee commodity programs including inventory and paperwork.

You will collaborate with the Director of Social Services, supervise volunteers, and ensure compliance with health codes while providing compassionate service to those in need. The role includes budget input and staff coordination within the Food Services area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in food services with large groups and inventory management.
• ServSafe Certification to be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Must possess valid Wisconsin Driver’s license with insurance clearance; First Aid, CPR and AED within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee pantry operations (including commodities) and maintain inventory; supervise volunteers and complete related reports.
• Coordinate food drives with the Director of Social Services; serve as liaison for food and safety practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the noon lunch program; assist with meals and supervise volunteers.
• Enforce health codes and paperwork; manage budgets and spending accountability for food service programs.
