Job summary

Salvation Army Mountain Home Corps is seeking a Pantry/Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily operations of the food pantry and warehouse, including ordering, stocking and distribution of items. You will supervise volunteers and staff, ensure safety, keep inventory accurate and generate reports for leadership.

The role requires forklift experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with USDA and Salvation Army procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; two years warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license; forklift certification.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in pantry/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs day-to-day operations of the Food Pantry and overstock warehouse.
• Orders food and supplies; monitors inventory and budget and rotates stock to prevent spoilage.
• Supervises staff and volunteers; trains in safety and ensures compliance with policies.
• Maintains records and prepares reports; enters data into department database.
• Oversees daily warehouse deliveries, receiving, stocking and distribution; ensures a safe, clean workspace.
