The Salvation Army in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time Food Pantry Coordinator to manage distribution, assist with the noon lunch program, and oversee commodity programs with inventory control and donor relations.

You will supervise volunteers, ensure health and safety compliance, coordinate with the Director of Social Services, and help expand services to meet community needs. This role emphasizes compassion, reliability and teamwork.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in food services with large groups and inventory management.
• ServSafe Certification which must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Must possess valid Wisconsin Driver’s license with clearance to drive from The Salvation Army’s insurance carrier.
• First Aid, CPR and AED Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Oversees pantry operations and inventory; supervises volunteers.
• Prepare invoices for pantry supplies and needed food purchases.
• Explores cost-effective methods to obtain food and supplies and maintains donor/vendor relations.
• Tracks and reports pantry and commodity statistics; provides monthly stats.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors Food Services programs; enforces health codes and licensing.
