Job summary

The Salvation Army in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Food Pantry Coordinator to manage pantry operations, assist with the noon lunch program, and oversee commodity programs. You will supervise volunteers, handle inventory, and maintain food safety and health-code compliance.

You will partner with the Director of Social Services to coordinate food drives, track statistics, and ensure meals are prepared and served with care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years experience in food services working with large groups and inventory management.
• Certifications: ServSafe Certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pantry operations and commodity programs, maintains inventory, and supervises volunteers.
• Plans and assists with the noon lunch program and menu planning.
• Manages budgets, health codes, and food safety compliance; coordinates with Directors and donors.
