Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a part-time Service Representative to support upscale residential properties in the Washington, DC area. The role involves in-person assistance, package logging, delivering to doors, and maintaining locker systems.

You will work 20–30 hours per week, visit multiple properties, and help grow a new service program. Must be reliable, personable, and comfortable with technology and lifting packages.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Access to reliable transportation (e.g. car or METRO).
• Comfortable using technology (iPad/digital system).
• Ability to lift and move packages within safety guidelines.
• Minimum 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to residents with package questions and issues.
• Log delivered packages into the property's automated package management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors and organize packages for easy retrieval.
• Identify aging or stale packages and prepare them for return to sender.
• Serve as liaison between the property and the package management provider support team.
• Perform light maintenance on locker/package room management system.
• Occasionally visit prospective properties for audits or information drops.
