Luxer One Liaison is seeking a friendly, organized professional to manage packages at upscale Charlotte, NC properties. You will maintain package rooms and locker systems, log packages, and assist residents with inquiries.

This role requires 18+ years old, 1–2 years of customer service, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Flexible, part-time hours up to 29 per week.

Qualificações

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation to service area.
• Comfortable using digital package management software, Google Suite, and Apple hardware/software.
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site presence and assist residents with package questions.
• Log delivered packages into the package management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit up to 60 lbs.
• Arrange and label packages for quick resident access.
• Identify aging or stale packages via audits and software.
• Email correspondence with residents, staff and manager.
• Serve as liaison between property and Luxer One Support.
• Troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on locker software/hardware as needed.
