Luxer One Liaison in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a friendly, organized individual to manage on-site package rooms and locker systems for luxury apartment buildings. You will assist residents and property staff, log deliveries, and support the package management software.

You will deliver packages up to 60 lbs to doors or units, perform light hardware maintenance, and communicate via Gmail with residents and managers. Reliable, customer-focused teamwork is essential.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology including digital package management software and Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site presence and support to residents with package questions or account inquiries.
• Log delivered packages into the property's package management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or units (up to 60 lbs).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick resident access.
• Audit packages to identify aging or stale items and maintain system accuracy.
• Communicate via Gmail with residents, property staff and manager.
• Serve as liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Troubleshoot lightweight hardware/software for lockers and package rooms.
