Luxer One is seeking a Liaison Package Handler in Charlotte, NC. The role provides on-site presence at luxury apartment properties, handling package rooms, locker systems, and resident inquiries. You will document deliveries, conduct audits, and coordinate with property staff and Luxer One Support to ensure smooth operations.

The position emphasizes customer service, organization, and the ability to lift items up to 60 lbs while adapting to varying temperatures and on-site conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Comfortable using digital package management software and Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Build an on-site presence at assigned properties and assist residents with questions.
• Log delivered packages into the property's system and arrange shelving for easy access.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or units (up to 60 lbs).
• Perform audits to identify aging or stale packages and maintain system accuracy.
• Correspond via Gmail with residents, property staff, and manager.
• Serve as liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on locker/package systems as needed.
