Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a part-time Package Liaison to provide on-site package management support for upscale apartment buildings in the Washington, DC area. The role involves visiting properties several times weekly, assisting residents with package questions, logging deliveries, and delivering packages to doors.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, reliable transport, and comfort with using a digital package system and iPad devices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Able to lift and move packages as needed.
• Reliable transportation preferred in the DC area.
• Comfortable using technology and a digital package management system.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to residents with package questions/issues.
• Log delivered packages into the property's automated system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors.
• Organize packages to simplify retrieval for residents.
• Identify aging packages and prepare them for return to sender.
• Serve as liaison between the property and the package management provider support team.
• Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors.
• Perform light maintenance on the locker room/package system.
• Occasionally visit a prospective property for audits or information drop-off.
