LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent in Seattle, WA. The Overnight Clerk balances daily accounts, registers guests, and assists with requests while delivering outstanding service during night hours.

Reporting to the Overnight Manager, you will maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience using Opera property management system preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and service oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Flexible and results oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile accounts from the day shift accurately and efficiently.
• Complete overnight guest registrations and process guest check ins and check outs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure all guest interactions meet hotel service standards.
• Assist with front desk operations and overnight hotel procedures.
• Handle confidential guest and hotel information with discretion.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding overnight activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
