LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to oversee nightly hotel operations, manage the front desk and night audit processes, and lead hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on safety and policy compliance. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in hotel software and MS Office is expected, with a preference for prior supervisory experience in front office

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Supervisory role in hotel front office operations, including guest room management and night audit, preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; analyze data and report to management; problem-solving abilities; fluent English; independent yet team-oriented; results-driven; proficient in MS Office and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate overnight operations to ensure smooth service and efficiency.
• Supervise hourly team members; ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
• Balance daily financial transactions; run audit reports and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Monitor lobby security and coordinate with security/engineering teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled and operations run smoothly.
