Job summary

Lotte Hotel Seattle is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to oversee overnight operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure exceptional guest service and safety. You will manage late arrivals, audit processes, and collaborate with security, engineering, and other departments to uphold standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Supervisory role in hotel front office operations, including guest room management and night audit preferred.
• Skills/Abilities: strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, data analysis, and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate overnight operations, supervise hourly team members, ensure policy compliance and guest safety.
• Handle late-night arrivals/departures and guest inquiries; balance daily transactions; run audit reports and address discrepancies.
• Maintain lobby security, coordinate with security/engineering for issues, and report unresolved problems to management.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, BOH) to ensure service standards and efficient operations.
• Prepare shift reports for morning team and communicate staff performance and guest feedback.
