LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent in Seattle, WA. Reporting to the Overnight Manager, you will balance daily accounts, register guests overnight, and assist guests with requests while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling front desk operations, maintaining records, and communicating with management. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with Opera PMS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous guest room management experience preferred.
• Experience using Opera property management system preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to receive instructions and complete reports accurately.
• Friendly, professional, and service oriented demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile accounts from the day shift accurately and efficiently.
• Complete overnight guest registrations and process guest check ins and check outs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure all guest interactions meet hotel service standards.
• Assist with front desk operations and overnight hotel procedures.
• Handle confidential guest and hotel information with discretion.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding overnight activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
