Job summary

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent to balance daily accounts, complete overnight guest registrations, and assist guests with requests while delivering exceptional service. Reporting to the Overnight Manager, you will work in Seattle, WA, with shifts including overnights and weekends.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, familiarity with Opera PMS, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Opera property management system preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile accounts from the day shift accurately and efficiently.
• Complete overnight guest registrations and process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure all guest interactions meet hotel service standards.
• Assist with front desk operations and overnight hotel procedures.
