Job summary

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to oversee overnight operations, supervise hourly team members, manage front desk and night audit, and ensure guest safety and policy compliance. You will report issues to management and maintain high standards of service during the night shift.

The ideal candidate brings hotel supervisory experience, strong communication, system proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Supervisory hotel front office, guest room management, and night audit preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, multitasking, data analysis, problem solving, English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations and supervise hourly team members.
• Manage front desk and night audit processes, including late arrivals/departures.
• Balance daily transactions and run audit reports; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Ensure guest safety, lobby security, and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with security/engineering for urgent issues and maintenance.
