Job summary

Lotte Hotel Seattle is hiring a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, efficient guest experience at the Seattle property. You will handle check-in/check-out, assist with room sales and assignments, and support a seamless arrival for guests.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), strong communication and multitasking skills, and a welcoming, professional demeanor. Availability for a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services is preferred.
• Opera PMS experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Warm, gracious, and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-driven, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
