Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional image and greet patients promptly.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist the optometrist during eye examinations and prepare patients.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully; consult as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support retention and coordination of exams and appointments.
• Input data in CIAO system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory and clean, organized exam spaces.
• Assist retail as capacity and patient demand allows.
