Responsibilities

• Assists with patient care and eye exams, including managing patient records and supporting patient flow throughout the exam.

• Reviews prescriptions and patient information; identifies special needs; consults with Optometrist or Practice Manager as needed.
• Operates the point-of-sale system and handles sales transactions as required.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant records and a safe, orderly work environment.
• Works weekends and evenings to support store needs.
