LensCrafters in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Part-Time Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet patients, assist the optometrist, perform pre-exam tasks, and help link doctor and retail functions while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year strong customer service skills (internal/external).

Responsibilities

• Display a professional image and greet patients promptly.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist the optometrist during eye examinations and prepare patients for exams.
• Review prescriptions and patient information with care; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Support retention and scheduling, and manage patient records efficiently.
