LensCrafters in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality Optometric care and support the medical practice and post-operative care where applicable.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership and a patient-first approach, maintaining licensure and ongoing education while delivering exceptional service in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Strong communicator with listening skills and problem solving.

• Ensures executional excellence in partnership with the MOD & store team.

• Conducts services in line with protocol and standards of care; establishes Doctor/Patient Relationships.
• Maintains State Licensure in good standing & Continuing Education requirements.
• Provides effective training & guidance to team members.
