Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Optometric Technician to support eye examinations by preparing patients, collecting medical history, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. You will assist the optometrist, verify prescriptions, and help maintain organized records in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask with accuracy. Prior optical/retail exposure is a plus.

• Input patient data and insurance information into the system accurately.
• Support inventory and maintain the exam lanes and contact lens area.
