Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related experience required.
• Optical or Healthcare background preferred.
• Medical office/business professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient registration and collect Medical History and Ocular Health data in EMR.
• Assist onsite doctor with eye examinations and document preliminary test results.
• For remote appointments, guide patients through remote eye exams and document results.
• Transition patients to a retail associate with clear doctor recommendations.
