VSP Vision in Medford, OR is seeking a part-time associate to assist patients with frame selection, adjustments, and dispensing eyewear. You will provide excellent customer service, quote pricing, and help with insurance processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping with frame choices, performing adjustments, documenting interactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate delivery timelines. Prior eyewear experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication to handle calls and inquiries.
• Effective written communication to document patient interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote patient satisfaction.
• Greet and assist customers in selecting frames.
• Assist patients with adjustments, troubleshooting, and dispensing eyewear.
• Provide accurate pricing and delivery quotes; contact patients to dispense glasses.
• Maintain effective communication and team relationships.
• Clean and merchandise displays.
• Assist with insurance billing and processing orders.
• Document patient communication in the practice software.
• Work on special projects and cross-train in other departments.
