You are a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified in non-licensing states, passionate about eyewear retail, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with active state license or ABO certification in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Check that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others about our values and mission
