Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a PT Optical Supervisor to join our in-house optical team. In this role, you'll rely on your optical prowess, product expertise, and friendly demeanor to create exceptional customer experiences while acting as a keyholder to open and close the store.

You’ll lead the Optical team, mentor apprentices, ensure accurate measurements and eyewear fitting, and uphold Warby Parker standards on service and operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs; take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including apprentices; ensure store operations meet company standards.
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and promote a positive employee culture.
