Responsibilities

• Serve as a champion for FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations and assigned staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assign and manage staff for safe sortation of packages and coordination with linehaul.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates and goals clearly.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety strategies.
