Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate’s Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses toward a degree.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Champions FedEx Safety Above All Culture and supports related initiatives.
• Oversees hiring, terminations, coaching, training, recognition and rewards, performance evaluation and management.
• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assigns and manages staff to ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyzes performance and identifies improvement opportunities; implements action plans.
• Leads daily meetings to communicate updates and daily goals; engages staff publicly.
• Develops and administers employee relations and safety programs.
• Resolves customer service issues; escalates as needed.
• Trains new employees on job duties and performance expectations, including FXG policies and safety training.
