Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, Recreation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in facility management, sports operations, hospitality, business development, recreation, or a related industry.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Virginia Beach Field House.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience during events.
• Lead staff, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop revenue opportunities through tournaments, leagues, rentals, and events.
