Job summary

Eastern Sports Management seeks an Assistant General Manager of Operations for the Virginia Beach Field House. This leadership role drives business development, facility operations, and guest services to deliver an elite experience for guests, clients, athletes, teams, and community partners.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive facility or operations management experience preferred.
• Experience developing business relationships and generating revenue.
