• Lead and support Store Leader to achieve store goals.
• Drive guest service, sales, and merchandising standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and back-of-house operations.
• Oversee loss prevention and banking procedures.
• Coach and develop associates and hiring decisions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and loss prevention practices.
