Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check will be completed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and Front-End processes, ensuring readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and meet labor standards.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone tasks to meet store, department, and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Drive productivity through coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct team huddles and training to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle freight processing and merchandise stocking and end cap maintenance.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Open Availability (nights and weekends).
