Job summary

TINIT is seeking a reliable, organised person to handle hands-on operations including product prep, picking and packing orders, and stock management. You will learn the order processing across platforms and may respond to customers as you grow in responsibility.

The role offers flexible hours, an in-person start near Wells, and potential home-based prep before the premises open. A supportive environment with training across products and systems is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking, packing, fulfilment or stock management desirable.
• Exposure to multiple sales platforms and order processing helps.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer and wholesale orders
• Preparing products for sale
• Applying barcodes, labels and stickers accurately
• Checking products for quality and presentation
• Organising, replenishing and monitoring stock
• Keeping workspace clean, tidy and efficient
• Learning ordering and shipping platforms
• Assisting customers once trained
• Supporting other areas of the business as needed
