Little Moony is seeking an Operations Assistant (BOH) to support backstage operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and online order fulfillment. This role blends studio and store tasks and is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and enjoys contributing to smooth operations behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations and eCommerce fulfillment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with keen attention to detail.
• Professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory replenishments to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain back-of-house and stockroom organization to uphold standards.
• Create weekly stock management reports.
• Provide feedback to optimize inventory processes.
• Assist merchandising teams with visual updates.
• Fulfill online orders and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support the Sales Team with daily store operations.
• Ensure the store remains tidy, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Price and place new product arrivals in designated areas.
• Monitor and update inventory levels, alerting the team when stock is low.
